How much does it cost to use an office in TheTube?
It depends on the package you purchased – the total prices are listed in each package.
Can I use an office for a day? How much does it cost?
Of course you can use an office for one day, it depends on the availability of the offices in the complex, with advance booking. All our prices are detailed on the website.
What kind of space can I use?

You have several options at your disposal:

  1. Work station in the open area.
  2. Work station in the office area.
  3. Conference room.
  4. Multi-function event hall. You can consult with us if you are not sure what is best for you.
Do I need to book office space in advance?

Yes, as a casual or ticketed customer, you are required to register to confirm availability. If you are in the membership program, there is no need to register in advance but you are required to check in each time you enter the complex.

What does a typical office include?
The office includes – a designated space for 2-4 people, a work desk, access the kitchen (coffee, water, snacks*), full use of WIFI, air conditioning, use of a phone booth/Zoom meeting booth, use of a conference room (possible additional cost), use of a seminar hall (possible additional cost), use of a printer and scanner (according to the terms of the subscription you purchased) and more…

What payment methods do you accept?

Options:

1. You can pay via the website/app by credit or debit card.

2. At the reception desk in the complex by credit/debit card or cash. For your convenience and a quick process, it is recommended to pay via the website/app to secure your booking.

*All payments via credit/debit card are secure.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on your website?

Yes, we use the most advanced systems on the market to secure credit data, approved by the European Union at the strictest level.

Can I split my payment between multiple methods?
For data security and accounting reasons, unfortunately, it is not possible to split the payment methods at this stage.
When will I be charged for my order?

Payment is made immediately upon ordering the service via the website/app/reception desk: Casual customers as part of the booking process on the website/app/reception desk. Member customers (subscription) during the registration process on the website/app/reception desk and then each month on the day of registration, for the entire following month.

*In any case, payments will be made in accordance with the pre-determined registration conditions, please consult with the complex staff.

What does an office space subscription include?

It depends on the terms of the package you purchased, the terms of each package are detailed on the website, if you are not sure, you can consult our team to choose the perfect package for your needs.

Discounts & Vouchers

Can I use multiple discounts at once?
Any benefit produced by the company will be provided with details of the terms of use of the benefit. When you receive a benefit from us that is produced by a third party, you should pay attention to the terms of use of that third party.
Can I apply discounts to collections?

What if I entered a wrong discount number?
The system will not allow you to enter a discount/benefit number that does not match the service to which the discount/benefit belongs. For any malfunction, you can contact the complex staff for assistance.

Do I need an account to place an order?

An account is not required to place an order, but you must fill in general information about yourself such as first name, last name, email address and phone number so that we can identify you at the entrance to the complex.

*It is recommended to open an account, registration is free, to make future orders faster. Also, the account is not only for orders, but also for updates, discounts, events, and more…

How can I reset my password?

Very simple, click on Forgot Password and start the password reset process, follow the instructions. In any case, you can get help from the complex staff during operating hours.

I didn’t get a link to reset my password, what should I do?
Make sure you are connected to the network, check your spam, try again later. In any case, the complex staff can help.
How do I register for the newsletter?
During initial registration, mark that you agree to receive the newsletter.
How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
Through your account settings or in each newsletter message, you have the option at the bottom of the page to mark “unsubscribe” and no longer receive the newsletter.
How can I delete my account?
You can delete your account through your account settings or contact the complex staff who will delete your account in accordance with the terms of your subscription.
